SALEM – With winter upon us, the City of Salem has updated it Snow Emergency Brochure. The brochure contains important information to help you through the winter months. Outlined in the brochure is how the city notifies its businesses and residents when a snow emergency will be declared and cancelled, information regarding snow plowing operations, alternative designated parking areas during snow emergencies, and residents’ responsibilities regarding snow removal.
