Edward Guy from the Andover Police Department successfully completed and graduated from the 263rd session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Va. last week. Lt. Guy was recognized for his achievement at the formal ceremony in Quantico on Friday, March 18. Prior to the National Academy, Lt.
